About Go.Ogle Pink

Go.Ogle Pink came about when a good friend of mine asked if I'd ever heard of a pink version of Google, I hadn't at the time as there was no other site out there that had done it then so I decided to create a search engine for her in pink.

Originally, www.googlepink.co.uk was built using Google Custom Search, however I couldn't get the flexibility needed to make the site look how my friend wanted and I was starting to feel a bit uncomfortable using a Google product, to build a search engine, that isn't Google. Now the site is built using custom API's from Bing and Twitter to provide the search results.

To make it clear, Go.Ogle Pink is in no way affiliated with either Google, Bing or Twitter. This is just a fun project that was not intending to infringe on any copyrights or upset anyone.
